Sebastian was a great professional chef who filled in for us last minute when we had a cancellation for Pancake Day. He was fantastic. Excellent communication and most importantly the pancakes were a huge hit with the staff in our office, he made an array from gluten free to vegan to buttermilk everyone was catered for. He worked tirelessly from prepping the evening before to service throughout the day of the event. Thank you so much Sebastian for your service!
