I have a passion for cooking different types of cuisines and I enjoy the fast paced environment. In my childhood I was always helping on the farm with my grandmother, picking seasonal fruits and vegetables once ripe and ready to cook. We used to make our own fig marmalade, quince jelly, tomato sauce and even wine! We also used to brine olives and dried fruits under the hot sun plus a whole lot more! This is where my passion for food began. I feel very fortunate to have experienced different cuisines, cultures, styles of cooking and flavours and I believe I have built an exceptional taste in food.
